Is Ali Cloud's Hong Kong now severely limited?
I opened up a new machine and it was immediately limited to 30Mbps, which suddenly dropped down to 10Mbps after just a few days. It's not that the speed is always high; it seems like only Hong Kong has this kind of limit.
